| Star Air Introduces New Routes Regional airline Star Air, announced expansion of its flight network with the introduction of a new routes connecting Nagpur and Hyderabad to Ajmer (Kishangarh). Star Air also claims to be the first airline to offer a business class service between Nagpur-Kishangarh-Nagpur, Hyderabad-Kishangarh-Hyderabad and Hyderabad-Nagpur-Hyderabad. Furthermore, the jet aircraft covers the distance between Hyderabad & Nagpur in 1 hour 15 minutes and Nagpur & Hyderabad in 1 hour 30 minutes.

| Mumbai Airport To Temporarily Shut Down Runways The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai will be temporarily closed for six hours on October 17 for post-monsoon maintenance work. Both runways will be non-operational from 11 am to 5 pm. The closure is part of the airport's annual preventive maintenance plan.

Five star hotels to be set up in Nagaland for the first time The five star hotel with a mall will be set up in Dimapur, while the other will come up in Kohima and the estimated investment for them will be INR 150 crore, said the Hotel Polo Towers Group director Deval Tibrewalla.
